DiSabatino Wins 2022 Safety, Diversity, and Student Awards

The Associated Builders and Contractors of Delaware awarded DiSabatino Construction a Gold Level National STEP Award at the annual Safety Training and Evaluation Process Awards Banquet.  The STEP program offers companies an organized approach to analyze and further develop a contractor safety program.  The process offers companies a way to evaluate safety and loss prevention while providing a vital, objective method to measure safety program improvements.  The awards are presented in five categories: bronze, silver, gold, platinum, and diamond.

DiSabatino also won a Gold level Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace Award. ABC  DiSabatino continues to welcome all people as employees, suppliers, customers, and partners.

One of DiSabatino’s electrical co-op students, Jayden Mitchell, from Hodgson Vo-tech School won an award including a tool bag and gift card to a supply house to purchase tools as he progresses in the electrical trade with DiSabatino.
