20 Stockley Street

DiSabatino Construction Company has finished the total renovation of 20 Stockley Street in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. This house, located on the beach block of Stockley Street, was transformed into a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 full and one half bathroom beach oasis.

This project is another house that is Energy Star Certified completed by DiSabatino Construction, an Energy Star Partner since 2006. By using highly rated materials, appliances, and systems; DiSabatino ensured that 20 Stockley passed the Energy Star Certification process with flying colors.

This project was a challenge because Rehoboth Beach Guidelines mandated that the original footprint of the house remain basically unchanged, and that the Covered Area Ratio was kept below a certain percentage of this smaller beach block lot.

DiSabatino extended the house towards the street and added an entire second floor, while re-doing the entire interior and exterior of the house, and improving the waterproofing in the basement. The project took place over the winter and is ready for enjoyment in the summer months.
