DiSabatino Wins Safety, Diversity, and Student Awards

The Associated Builders and Contractors of Delaware awarded DiSabatino Construction a Diamond Level National STEP Award at the annual Safety Training and Evaluation Process Awards Banquet.  The STEP program offers companies an organized approach to analyze and further develop a contractor safety program.  The process offers companies a way to evaluate safety and loss prevention while providing a vital, objective method to measure safety program improvements.  The awards are presented in five categories: bronze, silver, gold, platinum, and diamond.

DiSabatino also won a Silver level Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace Award.  DiSabatino continues to welcome all people as employees, suppliers, customers, and partners.

DiSabatino apprentice electrician and graduating vo-tech student, Ryan Hopkins, won the Careers in Construction Award after completing a co-op program with DiSabatino.
