DiSabatino has recognized some of its outstanding employees for 2020, as well as honoring those employees that have been with the company for some time.

2020 Employees of the Year

DiSabatino is proud to announce the winners for the 2020 Employee of the Year Awards. This year’s recipients were selected from a large pool of deserving individuals. Congratulations to:

Each of these individuals has been with the organization for a number of years and has contributed a significant amount of hard work and dedication to DiSabatino. Each of the honorees represents the ideals and priorities that DiSabatino holds central to its organizational strength.

2020 Service Awards

Steve Cael has been with DiSabatino for 25 years.

Greg Fioretti has been with DiSabatino for 15 years.

Larry White, Domenic Saporito, and Jeff DiSabatino have been with DiSabatino for 10 years.

Dave Yeatman, Conor McCarthy, and Dylan Norris have been with DiSabatino for 5 years.

DiSabatino would like to thank all of its employees, partners, and associates for their continued hard work. DiSabatino Construction is grateful for the support of all our friends, employees, customers, and colleagues over the years and we are looking forward to many more years serving the area.

DiSabatino Construction and Murphy Steel are lifting steel beams into place at Quaker Arts Apartment project. This project includes adding a floor to this building and 53 apartments across three separate buildings.

DiSabatino Construction, Active Crane, and KC Green Energy successfully completed a crane lift of the new solar panels on top of Building 17 at the Flats Redevelopment, Phase 3.

The Associated Builders and Contractors of Delaware awarded DiSabatino Construction a Platinum Level National STEP Award at the annual Safety Training and Evaluation Process Awards Banquet. The STEP program offers companies an organized approach to analyze and further develop a contractor safety program. The process offers companies a way to evaluate safety and loss prevention while providing a vital, objective method to measure safety program improvements. The awards are presented in five categories: bronze, silver, gold, platinum, and diamond.

DiSabatino also won a Gold level Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace Award. ABC DiSabatino continues to welcome all people as employees, suppliers, customers, and partners.

ABC Delaware recognized DiSabatino Construction for participating in the Diversity and Inclusion Awards for 5 continuous years as well. DiSabatino continues to welcome all people as employees, suppliers, customers, and partners.

United States Congresswoman Lisa Blunt Rochester visited DiSabatino’s project at The Flats, Phase 2. She toured the almost finished units that are ready for their new tenants to move in. While on site, she shopped at the Flats Fresh / Urban Acres Produce stand for some fresh fruit and vegetables.
