DiSabatino Wins Diversity Award and Highest ABC Safety Award

Company Achieves Diamond National STEP Award 

DiSabatino Construction proudly accepted a Diamond Level National STEP Award at the annual Associated Builders and Contractors of Delaware Safety Training and Evaluation Process Awards Banquet.  The STEP program offers companies an organized approach to analyze and further develop a contractor safety program.  The process offers companies a way to evaluate safety and loss prevention while providing a vital, objective method to measure safety program improvements.  The awards are presented in five categories: bronze, silver, gold, platinum, and diamond.

DiSabatino also won a Silver level Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace Award.  DiSabatino continues to welcome all people as employees, suppliers, customers, and partners.
