This project was the construction and expansion of the Delaware Operations Hub in Delaware for City National Bank. It was approximately 26,500 square feet including lobby/reception, conference rooms, open work areas, private offices, team meeting rooms, training rooms, and break areas.
This project was the construction of a new remote headquarters for NEIL in Wilmington.
This project included 52 affordable rental units with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms in three buildings in the Flats neighborhood of Wilmington. A total of ~60,000 square feet of building space was constructed, in addition to parking lots, planter beds, new sidewalks, curbs, and a new underground stormwater management system.
This project was the construction of a new McGlynns Pub restaurant in Barley Mill Plaza in Greenville, Delaware. The spaces included a waiting area, dining room, bar, kitchen, walk-ins, covered patio area, and outdoor bar and fire pits.
This project included 74 affordable rental units with 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms in eleven buildings in the Riverside neighborhood of Wilmington. A total of ~90,000 square feet of building space was constructed, in addition to parking lots, planter beds, a playground, gazebo, new sidewalks, curbs, and a new underground stormwater management system.
DiSabatino has completed the renovation of the St Mary’s Wing at the Jeanne Jugan Residence of the Little Sisters of the Poor in Newark, DE. The renovated wing will be a modern and comfortable place for the residents to enjoy their time.
DiSabatino has completed the renovation of the Garden Level at The Terrace (Building E444) in DuPont’s Experimental Station Campus. These spaces are focused on co-working and collaborating. There are several unique elements to this project including privacy nooks, various sized conference and team rooms, electronically controlled “white out” glass, a moss wall, reclaimed wood tabletops, wireless charging spots, Dyson combination faucet/dryers, and more.
DiSabatino has completed the construction of the Santa Fe Mexican Grill in Wilmington, DE. It is located in the new 2000 Pennsylvania Avenue Building.
DiSabatino has completed Phase 3 of the Flats Redevelopment. This phase included 78 units with 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms in two larger apartment buildings. This phase included abandoning a section of Springer street to include in the new block, and featured updated designs and color palettes for the units. Solar panels were added to the roof of one of the buildings to provide long term energy efficiency for the residents.
